* To Whom…We have 20 people that we would like to put in a group
caricature for our boss, who is retiring the end of the month. Are
there any restrictions as to the total number of folks that you can
include? Is a Zip file the best way to send you the photo's? Do I
need to do anything more than just send you the pictures? (I'm using
the "headshot" photos taken for our ID badges.) We would like the
boss to be the center character, so if I make him #1 is that
sufficient? Looking forward to hearing from you.
* Attached are the photos for our group and, as our #1 Boss is
retiring, we would like to make him the central figure. While we are
in an office environment, our attire is typically "business casual",
so we're not a "suit and tie" kind of group. Management informed me
this a.m. that the dinner function for the retiring boss will be
this Thursday, Sept. 24th, so I'm afraid that I would like to
receive the picture ASAP. I'll copy this message into my other
correspondence with OSOQ, just to make sure that the right person is
kept in the loop.
* In general we love the picture, but, If possible, we would like to
request a few modifications (actually seven) to the caricatures as
currently pictured. I've used the picture numbers I sent to specify
the individual... Our boss is retiring, so could we make his hair
color a little lighter. (In real life, it's really almost white.)
...# 12 and # 19 - Look like twins. I've figured it out, but is
there any way to put a little more difference in their appearances?
# 18, She's from China, so is it possible to put a little more of
her heritage into her features? Had trouble figuring her out. We
really appreciate the effort that has gone into the picture, and I'm
not sure if any of these requests are possible. Please let me know
if you need any additional information and I look forward to hearing
back from you.
* Everyone is now pleased with the results. (Whew!) So, I can tell
you that everything is "okay". Thank you for your patience and your

* Folks here have been very, very impressed with the caricature
portrait of our team and I’ve been forwarding your website to a
number of people. And that was without even knowing that you have us
out there as a group example. I now have a new challenge. We would
like to use the same group photo, but change out two of the people.
We have a new boss, so we would like to make her the central figure
using attached photo #1 New Boss. And rather than rearrange things,
#18 female, in the lower far right hand corner, is no longer with
our group. We would like to replace her with the attached photo #18
New, also female. Please let me know whether or not it is possible
to make these changes, what the cost would be and how soon it can be
done. I have sent this note with our previous correspondence
attached below, so you’ll have our account information available.

“going away” present to an employee. I’m attaching our most recent
group caricature. And, just so you know, the large photo that is
currently showing in my account, is not our most recent group
portrait. We would like to change one of the personnel currently in
the picture. In the bottom, lower right hand corner, we would like
to replace #5 (gentleman in blue) with #5 New. Please let me know if
it’s possible to make this change and what the cost would be. If you
have any questions or need additional information, please let me
know.

great with this picture, so please go ahead and complete our order
and update our account.
* We’re back with another request for your great service and we

give as a “going away” present to an employee. Here is the link that
you provided to us for our most recent group caricature, that was
created in June 2010... We would like to change two of the personnel
currently in the picture. In the left, center section, we would like
to replace #9 (gentleman in casual dark blue) with #9 New. Also, in
the bottom, lower right hand corner, we would like to replace #18
(woman in pink) with #18 New. Please let me know if it is possible
to make these changes and what the cost would be. If you have any
questions or need additional information, please let me know...
