The man was a lawyer for many years before moving into Human Resources where he now leads a large team. He is very good at "herding cats" and staying calm and unpassed in the middle of chaos. I'd like to have him sitting at a conference room table with a bunch of cats around him doing weird things: One cat is chasing a mouse; two cats are fighting with each other, one cat is dancing, etc. He can be sitting there calmly in the midst of it all, holding a gavel to represent his law days and to call the cats to order. He can be wearing a nice button-down shirt and dress pants. Somewhere on the desk, to have a stack or two of cash to represent the commodities trading business he works in, and a "NO" button.
